ThinkCreative has long been a service provider for public sector entities, and to streamline the procurement process we offer many services through pre-negotiated contracts. Current contracts include the State of Florida, City of Tallahassee, and Miami-Dade County.

Current Contracts

State Term Contract - IT Services

Great Seal of the State of Florida - in God We Trust

ThinkCreative was awarded the State Term Contract for IT Services 973-561-06-1 through June 2009, which allows us to serve as your prime contractor.

All counties and cities in the State have access to purchase IT services using our discounted rates. Under this contract, ThinkCreative provides Section 508 compliance analysis, enterprise content management implementation, web design, and extended on-site consultations.

Services on this contract can be provided in all four project areas:

  2. Development & Integration
  3. Operations & Support
  4. Staff Augmentation

City of Tallahassee Blanket Services Contract

ThinkCreative was awarded a blanket Creative Services contract through 2010 providing services in the areas of creative, production and design work, available through pre-negotiated rates to all city departments.

LeonCounty

ThinkCreative has been awarded Leon County's Video Production and Public Relations Services, Countywide contract, through May 2010. This allows ThinkCreative to provide any of the following services to all Leon County departments:

  • Production - Creative design and production of educational/public information, and/or other video programs throughout the organization.
  • Design - Design, writing and production of communication materials (brochures, print media advertising, radio advertisements, billboard poster layout, displays, media campaigns, electronic media, including web design or related material, etc.)
  • Strategic Services - Strategic public relations and marketing communications services, including assistance in design and implementation of full-scale public relations and marketing campaigns, strategic communications counsel, key message development, copywriting and development of media and community-oriented materials, and other public relations and marketing services.

Miami-Dade County IT Consultant Pool Contract

Miami-Dade County has extended ThinkCreative's State Term Contract for specific purchases within the Miami-Dade County government. The same services offered under the State Term Contract are available through this contract award to all Miami-Dade purchasing agents.

How to buy

Generally, services under $25,000 can be procured through a state term contract as a discretionary purchase.
