Internships

This is where the pasta meets the meatball and where the cream meets the corn.

We have a very structured program that is designed to provide a solid framework for your growth in this field.

First Semester: We Invest in You

Second Semester: You Give Back

  • 12 Week Structured Rotation - 1 week specialization in each area of marketing
  • Client Rotation
  • Identify Area of Emphasis
  • Focused on Area of Emphasis - Account Service, Creative, PR, Planning
  • Assigned Specific Clients
  • Develop Portfolio of Work

While we don't pay interns, we do set them up for success. Our program has consistently placed our interns in major agencies across the country. Because of our success, word got out around area campuses and we now receive over 30 applicants a semester for just 3 slots. Think you can make the cut?

Account Service Intern

Our account service interns essentially work as Assistant AE's. Essentially, you'll learn how to foster and grow an account relationship.

Copywriting Intern

Can you spell? Are you a grammar queen or nazi? Well, you're halfway there. We are looking for an outgoing "Free Brain". You'll be working for the creative side (the right brain) of ThinkCreative.

Internship Requirements

You will likely learn more from us than you will in school, but it won't seem like that, we promise.

Not just a gopher

While we expect our interns to do whatever is required to help out, we would feel bad if it was just picking up and dropping off.

You can expect to:

  • learn a lot about the internal workings of an agency
  • sit in on client meetings (and contribute if you are good)
  • work on real projects
  • get a few credit hours

If you are ready to commit to learning on the job, give us a shot.

What's your hat?

We got a lot fewer weird looks while wearing our thinking caps in our brainstorming sessions than we do while wearing them at happy hour.
